Our Story
ProMed was founded in 2025 by Lylie Ndeikemona, a Namibian Public Health Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in clinical care and public health programme management.
The institute was established to address a growing need for structured and sustainable workplace health solutions. Many organizations face challenges with fragmented or once-off interventions that fail to deliver long-term results.
